Testimonials from Students, Parents & Collegues

“I had the privilege of working alongside Erika for several years. Erika really is an exceptionally talented teacher. She is organized, professional, caring, and imaginative. Her nurturing style of teaching enable her students to excel to great heights. She instills a passion for music which is backed by a strong technical foundation. I would have no hesitations in recommending violin lessons with Erika.”

“Erika’s style of teaching passes on her love and passion for music to her students. While guiding them through pieces that play to their strengths, Erika also gives her students a safe space to develop skills where there is room to grow…”

“Because of the foundations Erika helped lay out and build, I was able to go on and perform in the Edmonton Youth Orchestra for 4 years, as well as be the lead violin in my high school productions of Les Miserables and Phantom of the Opera. Erika’s skills and insight are unmatched and were vital in building my success as a violinist. More than anything, Erika became a life-long friend and I would not have chosen to study my beginner and intermediate years with any other violinist.”

“Erika has many wonderful qualities that make her an extraordinary teacher… She explains concepts in a way that my son can relate to and always has some wisdom to offer. We feel blessed that we met her when we did and will hang onto her as long as we can. She is a true St. Albert gem!”
